Product overview:
The epoxy fiber grid cloth produced by the company is made of alkali free glass fiber yarn and imported epoxy resin using foreign science and technology. It has excellent electrical insulation performance. After epoxy glass fiber grid cloth is used to replace glass fiber chopped felt in dry-type transformer, it is easy to be firmly combined with the epoxy resin pouring transformer coil. The grid cloth made of glass fiber has high mechanical strength after being impregnated with epoxy resin. Glass fibers are non combustible and absorb heat when other substances burn. The use of epoxy resin and more than 80% glass fiber roving in the product make the grid cloth have good flame retardancy and high insulation. There are no bubbles and partial discharge in the grid cloth. The heat insulation grade can reach "H" (180 ℃), which is safe, reliable and convenient to use.
Product composition:

Application scope:
Epoxy glass grid cloth is widely used in dry-type transformers, reactors and other products poured with fillers. It is firmly combined with the epoxy resin of the pouring coil, just like the reinforced frame in concrete. It can prevent the cracking of the insulation layer outside the coil caused by the cold and heat effect of the pouring part and the huge electric force in case of sudden open circuit of the coil, It greatly improves the overall mechanical strength of the coil, and compared with short cut glass fiber felt, it is harmless to human health. It is an ideal environment-friendly insulating material, which has been widely used in today's western developed countries.
